Various methodologies and processes are used to improve the quality, reliability and safety of an asset or process: functional/reliability block diagrams, risk assessment, FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, LCC analysis.
A wide variaty of commercial tools is available ideally suited for large scale projects requiring multi-site and multi-user functionality. We have developped a series of Tools for different kind of analyses which have similar functionality, but typically to be used on a smaller scale. When no large scale implementation is needed this tailored tools can proof an economic alternative.

Additionally, a last tool is under develpment: Integrated Performance Analyser. The purpose of this tool is to integrate several of the tools listed above in a scalable manner. This, while further optimising and valorising the output such as for monitoring, diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes. Key is the hierarchic approach of the analyses which facilitates focussing and elaborating those operationally critical assets and processes.
